I've heard about the efficacy of bergamot essential oil as a relaxant, antidepressant & for treatment of CNS disorders (in massage & aroma therapy).
I use it for massage therapy as a carrier oil in EV olive oil & have observed an uplifting effect in mood. This is my first time use, so i can't tell whether the product is 💯 original or not. Smells similar to lemon. Overall Satisfactory!!
