Acne is an inflammation (redness and swollenness) of our hair follicles in our skin. It occurs not only on our face, but it also materializes on our chest, back, and scalp. Acne unfolds in the pores of our skin which is composed of a hair follicle and sebaceous gland — it produces oil that lubricates our skin.

Acne is simply an issue that holds us back, makes us feel sad, awkward, and so on so forth, and an inmost impulse asks us to clear those little bumps disfiguring and itching our skin and causing clumsiness facing people.

Here we are going to learn the common types of acne and possible solutions to opt.

We can categorize the acne into two types:

  1. Non-inflammatory acne
  2. Inflammatory acne

Non-inflammatory acne:

The primary acne is called the comedo which can be blackhead or whitehead. Blackhead comedones are packed with keratin (skin cell), and it is open to the surface of the skin. On the other hand, whitehead comedones are close to the surface of the skin, and it is white-colored.

Remedies:

You can treat comedo by exfoliating your skin gently in a circular motion. Lukewarm water should be applied to cleanse the face and apply organic wax and butter — especially shea butter and   pure white beeswax .

Inflammatory acne:

This category possesses the next level of acne severity and has four instances. When the skin bacteria get into the skin with a blackhead or whitehead, it produces papules and pustules and that is where the skin attains the pimple. The other two instances are nodules and cysts which are severe cases of acne, and these are the painful ones under the surface of the skin.

Remedies:

An inflammatory acne is a severe form of acne, and it should be treated with a prescription by a dermatologist. And regulate your diet plan is crucial. Oily food, especially food fast should be minimized to naught, say farewell to sugar-enriched food and  carbonated drinks.

A few quick tips to keep your skin healthy and smooth:

  • Apply sunscreen before going outside

Although sunlight is a good source to get Vitamin D, spending too much time under sunlight can cause wrinkles and age spots. So, you should apply sunscreen before going outside as well as wear full-sleeve shirts, pants, and hats to prevent from being directly exposed to the sunlight.

  • Eat a healthy diet

Eating fresh vegetables and fruits are a great source to keep your skin fresh and smooth. Fish is also a  good meal  to clean out the bad oil from your skin. Additionally, being hydrated is essential to keep your skin healthy.

  • Exfoliate your skin

Gently scrub your face is a great way to take away dead cells from your skin once or twice a week.
